The Council and Planning Commission discussed the next steps. It was decided that a list of the properties that they are looking at addressing first. Then decide what the plan will be, what are we are offering (5 year tier, sac/wac, forcing, etc). It was decided that the Planning Commission, at their next meeting, would get the list together and write up a tentative plan.
