BUILDING INCENTIVES

SAVINGS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION IN RICHMOND!

The City of Richmond is pleased to announce a new two-year program to encourage the construction of new homes or new businesses in Richmond.

Savings include $2500 off of building permits.

Developers - you can also have the payment deferred for up to 24 months.

Individuals and developers are encouraged to apply.
